Red Light on Svr Feat Brd - Prol 400

Hi
I have a red light on the server feature board of a Proliant 400.
This is towards the centre back, just above the large square chip marked Rage
I noticed this when going to add a second SCSI drive. Does anyone know what it means, i cant find any details in the documentaion? The server seems to work fine, but we have another "identical" 400, which doesnt have the red light
