Redundant NIC

Could you tell me how to configure redundant NIC on this machine for Windows NT Server 4? Apart from the built-in NIC, it also has a Compaq NC3123 Fast Ethernet PCI 10/100 WOL NIC. The part no. is 174830-B21. I can't understand how I can have two NICs with the same IP address. Is there an easy to follow procedure somewhere?
