Redundant power issue with ML 370 G4 server

I have issues with the redundant power supply of ML 370 G4 server. I went to replace the faulty power but this didnt solve the problem. When i tried to pull out the redundant power, the LED shows green as if its ok but when i re-insert the new power, it starts to show amber light again.I think the problem is the power supply backplane. Any other opinion or a way of solving this issue?
