Redundant power supply mismatch on HP DL180 G6
Hello colleagues, I am having an issue when setting up my new server. Everytime I turn it on I get the 628-Redundant Power Supply mismatch message and the POTS procedure stops. I have checked the power supply cables and they are ok, both power supply fans are working. I have a 460W and a 750W power supply connected to the server. Can they be both different or should I use just one power supply? I look forward to your feedback. Regards

Re: Redundant power supply mismatch on HP DL180 G6
hi,
So far I know you cannot mix the power supplies. You need to use always two functionally equivalent power supplies.
Thanks
regards,

I agree. The PSU's have to be the same watt.
