How did you manage your Hpe Proliant server remotely?

All HPE servers have embedded management processor called ILO ( Integrated Lights Out)
You can configure them by connecting a LAN cable to the ILO port. Once configured you can access the servers remotely. You can monitor server health, events, yoy can power on/off the server remotely. You can also login to OS using ILO remote console which uses html / java / .net

You should not expose ILO directly to the internet.
But if you have a VPN to your network, you can use this from anywhere,
