Remote Board Issues with PC-Duo for Windows?

I am wondering if anyone is aware of any conflicts when installing PC-Duo for windows on the Proliant ML370 Windows 2000 Server. When trying to start up the PC-Duo's client, it said the following:

"PCISyS Service is scheduled for deletion..please restart the Server" Search Services for PCISyS Services and it was no where to be found....does anyone know about this or could someone shed some light or insight?

Another question in this area, since PC-DUO is similar to PC Anywhere, are there any issues (i.e. security and or software conflict)with the Proliant ML370 Servers?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Tom,

What version of PCDuo are you using?

Also, are you performing your 1st install? If not, it may be ideal to check a file in %WINDIR%\system32\DRIVERS\PCISYS.SYS and see if it is somehow stuck. Also, goto %WINDIR%\system32 directory and remove the following files:

CLHOOK*.DLL
GDIHOOK*.DLL
PCIGINA.DLL
PCIMON.DLL
PCISYS.NTK
PCIVDD.DLL
