Remote Insight via ADSL (WAN)

Compaq Proliant 1850R with RIB Firmware 06/23/2003

When I connect to the Remote Console (frame or full)I just get a blinking cursor in the top left of the java screen.

All other functions work ok (status, power cycle etc)
except The reset sequence doesn't work either via WAN it's ok via LAN

On the same pc if I connect it to the internal LAN it works fine.

I have no firewall when testing to eliminate that and the connections are not via PAT or NAT.

Can anyone help please.

Just for information sake check your security settings on the RILO. Make sure you are using an Administrator account from remote. Those options may be limited to the Administrator account. That is if you are using two different logins.
