Remote lights out board

I installed a RIB in the ML370. The board does not have any IP traffic and cannot see or be seen on the network. I checked RIB with static IP and DHCP. Ports, cables etc are good but cannot get traffic on RIB. I have already swapped out the board without success.

Did you install the board in the proper slot? The RIB is slot dependent. It needs to go on the primary PCI bus of the server. This located off of slot 1 or 2.
