Hi,

You need to upgrade the P800 Firmware to 7.14 to avoid hot plug replacement failures and the drive reported a Hot Plug issue.

Also the drive firmware needs to be at HPD5 to improve speed negotiation timing issues.

Also remember to flash the controller 2 times per the instructions to ensure that all of the components are upgraded properly.

I will be updating the firmware this Thursday night during our maintenance window. I hope this fixes it once and for all! Thank you for the links.
