Repeated hard disk failure on ML 350 G6

I have an issue regarding repeated hard disk failure. The part number of the hard disk is 418399-001. I replaced the hard disk thrice on the same bay and once one another. After the replacement the hard disk starts rebuilding and the day after the failure indication (red light). The system becomes very slow and immediately after i remove the faulty disk the system comes back to normal.

Please help....
