Repeated reboots

This server has been operating flawlessly for over a year but now it is in an endless loop of reboots. The server will reboot, will get past the memory test and reboot again...endlessly. Any ideas as to what to check? The server has a 2DH RAID card connected to an F1 box.

Please remove the first bank of memory and move the rest down. You might have a bad chip on that first memory stick. If this doesn't work, remove all PCI cards to make sure none of these are bad.
If all else fails please reseat all.
