Replace Battery Pack problem

Hello, we have a error: "Drive Array Accelerator degraded, failed or battery failed" on a DL580 G3. We order a new battery Pack (HP Spare# 307-132-001, Hp Part# 274779-001) but the problem is we can't replace the Battery, he's stil behind 2 cases of the server and we can't remove it (cable is still on the battery), is there a way to re/place the battery?

There is definitely a way of replacing this battery. See the section titled "Removing the BBWC Battery Pack" on page 31 of the following document:
