When I replace the controller, will de OS recognize the new controller? If not, I do I force Windows 2000 to use the driver for the new controller.
What procedure will I have to follow?

Re: Replace SCSI-controller in ML330G3
which one you're going to add
64-Bit/133-MHz Dual Channel Ultra320 SCSI Adapter
268351-B21
http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/22124.html
64-Bit/66-MHz Dual Channel Wide Ultra3 SCSI Adapter, Alternate OS
284688-B21
http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/23429.html
this is because in the case you need to reinstall the driver
if windows does not recognize the new card
