Replace Windows driver for array 641 controller

I have to replace the three harddisk in a RAID5-array by bigger ones. HP suggests first upgrading (in this order:) SystemROM, Windows driver for the Array 641-controller and the ROM for the Array-641 controller. When downloading the Windows 2003 driver for the controller and reading the installation instructions, only instructions for new adding the driver during Windows setup in explained. How do I replace an existing driver on a running Windows 2003 server computer?
It is a Proliant ML350 G4 server with Windows Standard server 2003.

Once the firmware, driver and ACU is installed restart the server for the new firmware to take effect and then start replacing the disks in Raid 5 one at a time.

Raj,My question was about the Windows driver for the array controller. This is not an executable like the Online ROM-updates.
In the installation instructions it is about setup Windows 2003 server and choose a third-party driver during driver setup. But I have an up-and-running W2003 server and have to replace the existing driver.

Hi Koosvh,

For updating the 641 windows driver, download the following file and run it. Select Install to upgrade the driver to the latest version.

This is a executable file.

Donot follow the Installation instructions specified on the download page.

Just download the file, Run it and select Install.
