dear 

you know that currently bay 3 is confgured as hotsapre for raid 1 and raid 5  ....

 

does if i change the hardisk bay form 3 to 7 as example the server will sense this modifacation automatically as it will use bay 7 as hotspare for raid 1 and 5  OR  I need to  configure it manually without loss any data

Dear, 

 

because the spare disk is currently not in use, there is no risk of losing data by taking it out.

 

Don't know if you'll need to do any reconfiguration aftwards, but probably not because the disk itself is configured as a spare, not the slot.
