Replacing a motherboard on a DL 380 G4 running Windows Server 2003

Once I have the new replacement motherboard in place, do I have to run a repair using Windows Server 2003? The motherboard is a replacement from HP, but there are no instructions with it. Are there any instructions available?

Thanks!

No, You need not required to do any changes after the replacement of motherboard. Only the ILO IP you have to reset.

There's a few settings you should set, on the new system I/O Board.

Chassis serial Number - Must do
Server product number - Recomended
Time & date - Highly recommend / Must

Press F9 when prompted at the end of the POST

If the old board wasn't fully updated, Windows might tell you that new devices was found, and 1 or 2 reboots may be required.
Windows will figure it out.
