Reseting system

I have two of the above mentioned system, one of the works properly but the other one resets from the begining. I have inserted the smartstart cdrom and when the logo appeares it resets. Next time it boots, it resests sooner than the previous time. I think some thermal problem causes this. Let me know What to do. thanks in advance.

Check the system processor fan, or swap with a known working fan.
