Restore OS issue in DL380 G4 Storage Servr

i restore CD of storage windows 2003 OS,
system is crashed, now we have installed new HDD and try to installed OS with Storage CD,
Steps:
1. boot from storage OS cd.
2. press Q for quick installation.
3. process completed 100%

issue after completed copying server restart but not booting OS going LAN,

Action Done:

1. restore with original CD
2. check server SN on Bios.
3. Retore Bios.

but no success.

any have solution/clue

Did you set the controller to boot from that new hard drive? It is a single drive or in RAID? If RAID, did you add it back to the array properly? Did you run the firmware DVD to upgrade the drive's firmware?
