Running SSD from DOS

I have a server that crashed and will not reboot. I am unable to boot to the SSD CD.

I have attached an external CD but am unable to start SSD so I can delete the array and reinstall N5.

Does any one know if this is possible?

I dont think this is possible. From memory you need to have an internal IDE CD drive installed ( preferably a Compaq Drive)
