SA 641 any good?

This is described as an entry level controller. Worrying because most of HPs Smart Array controllers are very slow. Where is the benchmark data so that it can compared to others?

Interesting 'very slow', based on what tests/ environment? . . . Have you checked the TPC benchmark list lately - ProLiant & Smart Array controllers have had their share of listings there.

What Controllers do you prefer?
BTW: This is the only Entry Level controller with battery backed TRANSPORTABLE cache in the industry.
