I have five of this disk, firmware upgrade is for my disk? I don't find DG0146BAQPP code in informations label.

Hello Andy, you should check your drive number throught smart array management. There are many different sas drives with size of 146 or 300GB, only 1 kind of them has part number DG0146BAQPP. If you do not have this exact drive, you do not need to update firmware (If you try, it will not work as you do not have supported drive.)
