SAS iSCSI

Help...I'm learning iSCSI equipment in my hands, learning.
Anyone with suggestions/tutorials on connecting/configuring my new MSA2312 with my DL580G7, Windows 2008r2?
I'm opening the iSCSI initiator application within 2008r2, but it doesn't appear to be seeing my msa2312 drives. I've connected it using the directions provided.
After Refresh/restart and still nothing showing.
I'm still googling this around but any suggestions would be great! Thanks

Re: SAS iSCSI

"iSCSI initiator" means that you would be able to access storage being served via iSCSI. It does NOT allow you to provide access to your storage via iSCSI. Google "windows 2008 iscsi target" which is what you're trying to do. The iSCSI target software is only available as part of Windows Storage Server and is not licensed as part of WS08 normal editions.
