SATA AdditionaL hdd INSTALL IN HP ML 350 G4P

We HAVE SERVER scsi HOT PLUG with 140 * 2 HDD with 642 Controller Configured RAID-1 Condition. Now we have to install Additional SATA 500 & 250 GB HDD using on board SATA Controller.
Now already insatalled in Server. But, still it is not detecting in BIOS & OS.
Any BIOSSttings need to be Done?e
