SATA cable from Smart Array P212 to 4-port back plane
One of our DL160 G6 server came with its on-board B110i RAID controller connected to a 4-port SATA backplane connector (part number 570079-001), we are trying to install an HP add-on smart array P212 controller (part number 013218-001) but the cable came with the P212 (Spare PN 498426-001) will not work with the backplane currently inside the server.
My question is – Do we need a different cable or a different backplane to make them work; please provide me the correct part number so I can place order.
