SBS 2003 on Proliant DL 165 G6

Hi@all,
I'm trying to install the SBS 2k3 on on a DL 165 G6 with a Smart Array P212 Raid Controller.The Basic installation goes through until the server tools are to be installed.MSDE installation fails and subsequently SBS Monitoring etc. is also not installed. Drivers and Firmware have been updated.
Would appreciate any help.
