SBS 2011 fails to install on Proliant ML 150 G6

I'm trying to install Microsoft SBS 2011 Standard on a Proliant ML 150 G6 but I keep on getting stuck with the following error:

"Windows cannot install required files. The file does not exist. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code: 0x80070002"

I've tried installing from DVD and USB using different sources (even downloaded a trial edition from Microsoft) but I keep on getting the same error.

Allready did a MemTest+ for over 3 hours which came up with nothing.

The setuperr.log contains the following:

Has anyone else experienced the same problems?

I've attached the complete Setupact.log for completeness.
