SCSI BIOS

I have a DL 380 G5 server. I am trying to configure a robotic library. I spoke with technical support for both the library system and back-up software provider adn want me to change the target ID of the Changer/Arm - SCSI ID - 2 and Tape Drive - SCSI ID - 3, 4 or 5. I am assuming I need to do this in the SCSI BIOS, However I cannot get to the SCSI BIOS during startup.

Any suggestions?
