SCSI G3 110 and access to SATA contollers
Hi, For some reason the SCSI Proliant G3 ML110 servers are hundres of dollars cheaper than the SATA models. Is it possible to boot off the SCSI hard drive [Debian Linux] and then have access othe 2 integrated SATA contollers? Plan would be to fit say 2 250Gb SATA drives and mirror them.
Failing this is the SCSI drive is taken out will the server boot off one of the SATA contollers and recognise the second?
Many thanks, Blair
