SCSI adaptor boot order

ML330 G2 with 64 bit wide Ultra3 SCSI adaptor.

I've recently been trying to add a new disk to the above (non-hot plug) adaptor. The machine currently boots Windows from disk 0 on the adaptor. The problem is that whenever I connect the new unformatted disk the SCSI adaptor seems to promote it to disk 0 and tries (and fails) to boot from it. There are no IDE disks in the machine so it then tries a network boot before giving up.

It doesn't seem to matter which order I physically attach the disks on the cable, the new one is always seen as the boot disk. Is there a ultility for fixing the disk ID's on the SCSI bus?
