SCSI controller for DL320

My company recently purchased three DL320 G3 servers with single 80GB SATA drives. I would like to know what provisions this model has for upgrading to SCSI storage, and what the most suitable SCSI controller for it would be.

Storage Controllers 64-Bit/133-MHz Single Channel Ultra320 SCSI HBA G2 374654-B21
Smart Array 6404/256 Controller 273914-B21
Smart Array 6402/128 Controller 273915-B21
Smart Array 641 Controller 291966-B21
Smart Array 642 Controller 291967-B21

64-Bit/133-MHz Dual Channel Ultra320 SCSI Adapter, these controller supports Wide Ultra3, Ultra320 SCSI drives only. If cabling to internal drives, you must first remove the integrated controller module. ATA models require the Wide Ultra3 SCSI cable option kit 212690-B21.
This adapter will run at 33-MHz speeds due to the 33-MHz PCI Bus.
