SCSI disk offline message DL 380 G4

Good day,
we have one DL 380 G4. It has been running fine and no new software or hardware has been installed on this system for long time. Recently, this message started appearing in Event log of Windows "SCSI Physical Drive Status Change.
The SCSI physical drive with SCSI target 7 connected to SCSI bus 1 of the controller in slot 3 has a new status of 10.
(Drive status values: 1=other, 2=ok, 3=failed, 4=notConfigured, 5=badCable, 6=missingWasOk, 7=missingWasFailed, 8=predictiveFailure, 9=missingWasPredictiveFailure, 10=offline, 11=missingWasOffline)
[SNMP TRAP: 5020 in CPQSCSI.MIB]"
I checked system and there is no indication of hard disk failure. All Hard disk LEDs are green and blinking. I also ran Array diagnostic utility and utility did not show any problems.
What could be cause behind this issue?
