SCU for ProLiant 1500 (E12) and .CFG files

I'm looking for the SCU for ProLiant 1500 (E12). Does anyone have a copy or can anyone tell me the SoftPaq number for me to download?
I'm also looking for the .CFG files for my EISA network cards - PTS002A.CFG and TCM5970.CFG. Thanks.
