SFF Drives in a ML350 Gen 9
I need a server for a project and I'm looking at getting a ML350 Gen9 fitted with a P440ar/2G Smart Array and 8 SFF SAS drives as that is what is currently available on the shelf of my local supplier (it takes weeks to get hardware out here sometimes).
Down the line I will need to expand the drives by installing one more SFF drive cage and another 8 SFF SAS drives but am unsure of just how many drives the P440 will support. Can anyone enlighten me?

Re: SFF Drives in a ML350 Gen 9
The P440 Controller supports up to 48 drives with 2 12G SAS Expander cards (ML350 Gen9), so you don't need to worry about it!
