SIM 4.1 logon problem

i have a problem with SIM 4.1
i can't connect to logon server, when i try to logon to SIM the screen always staying "Please wait. Checking for a Java Plug-In." and it doesn't connect. i have reinstall java 2 Runtime Environment,SE v1.4.1_04. although i have tried to 3 computer connect to SIM, i cant.i can connect to SIM on the logon server but i can't connect from other computer.
how can i solve this problem.
