SMART Predictive Failure

We have a DL380 G4 with the SMART Array 6i configured in RAID 5. One of the drives is blinking red, and the IML says that SMART has determined that it is ready to fail. I know that I can hot swap the drive when it has completely failed, but do I need to do anything differently for a predictive failure?

hi,

its the same as if the fisk fail, you can replace the HDD and the new will be rebuilded.
