SMART START DOESN'T WORK

Dear Team,

In the past, I had to disable floppy from my server to add another com port to the server, but since I did that, even when the floppy works fine, when I try to run Smart Start, the system hangs on the gray screenm and nothing happensd, please...need help to run smartstart again,.
