SMH Memory Summary page shows nothing on Linux Redhat systems

We had variant DL machines, most of them were Win2003 Server, some of them have Linux installed.

I found that SMH (System management homepage) and SIM shows NO information regarding to the memory subsytem. Like DIMM, SLOT etc., on Linux Redhat hosts. While Linux SUSE and Win2003 shows memory related information perfectly.

Is that an OS issue? Or SMH simply does not support Redhat Linux?

All the DL-360 with Linux OS has PSP v8.2 installed.

I'd very much appreciated if anyone would help, and give credit to any replies. Thank you in advance.

Re: SMH Memory Summary page shows nothing on Linux Redhat systems

No agents are supported for 100 series server.

But, for DL380 G5, It should work fine.
Just try reconfiguring the SNMP service and restart SMH.

Thanks to Gladiator.
The DL100 series is understood.
But I had configured SNMP and restarted SMH on DL-360 , still shows nothing in Memory page
