No information in SMH for external connections.
Have tried uninstall/reinstall. Have enabled Storage Agents when prompted.

Solution
You might have to download and install the SNIA API libraries for the appropriate Qlogic driver. The detailed steps are available in the README file located in the Insight Manager Agents bundle.
