Do you provide the ISO via virtual media to the server?
Did you create an USB stick? If so, how?
Did you use the USB key utility inside the ISO (version 3.0)?

Hi ;
If your server boot on system i sugest you to inzip your SPP iso file ,and exécut a file.exe at this moment you have iso image monted in a vertuel cd that you can execut you SPP upgrade
