SPP Download not possible

Active Product and Linked Support and Warranty available / done

Click on Link to Download latest 2018.06.0 SPP for DL380 G10 and get following error message:


Access to the kiosk product denied.
There is no product associated with this merchant.


Support Validation Required

An active warranty or support agreement covering HPE Proliant Servers must be linked to your HPE Support Center profile to access this application.


Its a mess!

I need to install several servers and everytime HP is giving error messages - why is this not just working straight forward.

Please give me a working link.

This may happen for the following reasons:

A wrong Serial number/Product number is entered.
You are trying to download a software that is not related to this Product.
HPE website is having issues processing your request.
Try with a different browser or Try after some time.
