SS 6.4 Insight Web Agents stops working after a while
It seems like the insight Agent from SS 6.4 combined with W2K and SP4 stops working after a while. Restarting all seems to work. Any patches from HP awailable.

SS 6.40 is the latest available including the Agents. You can check out the CPQHMMD.log file in the C:\Compaq\Wbem\log folder to see any errors.
Did you uninstall the previous agents or do an upgrade? If the log file doesn't tell you anything meaningfull, simply uninstall the agents and re-install.
PS: W2K+SP4 supports Agents 6.40
