SSD & NVMe drives on HP Proliant ML350P Gen 8
Any brand and model suggestions?
Can the HP Smart Array P420i be used with the SSD drives?
How should I ensure redundancy if one of the NVMe drives get a disk failure? I’m not fully sure but think two NVMe drives, for example Intel P3520 could fit into two PCIe 3.0 x4 slots of the ML350P

Re: SSD & NVMe drives on HP Proliant ML350P Gen 8
hi, Sir
checked the HPE quickspecs, the ML350pGen8 support the SSD ,and the p420i raid controller support the SSD as well.
but this model can not support the NVME ,if you require the NVME support, you should be purchase the ML350Gen9 or ML350Gen10 model.
