Starting today, we are getting the following message on both of our Compaq ML 370 servers running Windows 2000 Server with Terminal Services (SP1) and Citrix MetaFrame 1.8a (SP2). It has the latest SSD. Help please....

Re: STOP: 0x0000007F HELP
I had the same error message which indicates a hardware failure. I swapped the memory and it all worked. Also try updating all your firmware and Compaq drivers.

Re: STOP: 0x0000007F HELP
This problem is back. aaarrrrgggghhhh. Have change the mother board, riser card and processor but it still happens. It does have a Smart Array controllor 431. The Citrix is running on another Compaq box. In a group policy I try and remove the Run from the Startup bar and instantly get that message.
Are you still getting the problem?
What Array controllor are you using and have you tried upgrading the firm ware?
What causes your server to crash?

This should cover the problem if it isn't actually hardware. In my case in turned out to be Q275925 that worked. Some one had installed Inoculate IT when they installed the backup software by accident. I just uninstalled the software and no more errors.
