Re: SUM startup failed
Hello
Thank you for contacting HPE Community Support team.
Please Clarify the SPP Version you are trying to install. If possible please give me the link from where ypu have downloaded it.
Secondly also clarify if it is a Custom SPP Image you created and trying to install.
Are you running SUM through the launch_SUM.bat file found in the root folder of the SPP iso ?
Have you been able to run SUM on your other servers ?
Please stop the windows firewall service and try again
Thank you

Re: SUM startup failed
Hello
Thank you for your reply.
Please Clarify the SPP Version you are trying to install. If possible please give me the link from where ypu have downloaded it.
-> P26940_001_spp-2020.03.0-SPP2020030.2020_0319.22.iso
Secondly also clarify if it is a Custom SPP Image you created and trying to install.
-> It is not custom SPP image
Are you running SUM through the launch_SUM.bat file found in the root folder of the SPP iso ?
-> Yes.
Have you been able to run SUM on your other servers ?
-> Yes. (It runs fine on other servers.)
Please stop the windows firewall service and try again
-> If I run it after stopping the firewall service, I get the same error.
The same error code 9083 is still logged.
