Same blue screen in Proliant DL580 G4

Hi all, we have 4 servers DL580 G4 grouping as two Microsoft Cluster Servers Windows 2003 SP2. After a few minutes, systems crashes and we got a blue screen with same errors regarding to bxnd52x.sys
This is affecting each one of the four nodes.
We have updated with the latest version of "HP NC-Series Intel Driver for Windows Server 2003" and the problem persists. Any suggestion would be really appreciated. This is getting critical as these clusters are production environment.

We are having this issue also with Blue screen showing bxnd52x.sys in the dump file. Totally intermittant though, not each day, but, need to get this fixed. Happening on a Blade, BL460 running Windows 2k3 R2. Nic's are Teamed and the driver is 3.4.10 nc373i Nic.
Support pack is 7.6.
Should I disable the Team?

Anyone have a fix for this???
