Screen is blank after re-enabling the failed logical drive raid5
Hi,
I am into trouble and need some serious help.
We have one Hp Proliant DL380p Gen8 server that has a RAID 5 configured with 4 physical HDD 300GB each. Unfortunately one of the physical hard drives was faulty that causes the whole logical drive to get failed. I bought one similar HDD and replace the faulty one. After that, I re-enabled the failed logical drive and allow the server to boot. But after that, the server screen got blank and not showing anything. And all the four hard drives were showing green lights in a circle as there is some operation going on. I left the server in the same state and I read over the internet that it may up to take 1 day time to fully recover the data. And now it has been almost one day but the server is still in the same state as it was yesterday.
Can someone please guide how to tackle this situation and how we can get the server up and running again?
Any help or suggestion would be highly appreciable.
Thanks.

Re: Screen is blank after re-enabling the failed logical drive raid5
Hi WBA,
Please let us know the following:
Are you able to get into SSA? If yes please check the status of logical drives in SSA. Are they healthy?
Is it no post, no video?
Are you able to see anything at post?
Is the screen blank when booting to the OS?
Try booting in safe mode and check.
Regards
