Re: Script automatically uninstall all the HP drivers after P2V

Hi Steve,

I'm using HP Proliant Support Pack Cleaner v1.1 from http://ctxadmtools.musumeci.com.ar/HPPSPCleaner/HPPSPCleaner11.html

I've combined scripts I found with .inf installers to remove the leftovers on a DL360 G4p. This requires pskill to stop HP Teaming.

Yesterday I've P2V'd a DL360 G5 and found many hidden devices. As we only have three servers, I'm not going to edit this script but manually remove them. The hardest was hpqilo2, but this was solved by granting registry permission to remove it.

Use the script below at your own risk. I've only used it once, so it is still in development.

@echo off
Echo Save the batch file "HP_cpqteam_services_cleaner.cmd". This batch file will do the following:
Echo 1. Dissolve Teaming
Echo 2. Stops the cpqteam.exe process
Echo 3. Unregister dll's
Echo 4. Remove registry entries
Echo 5. Remove files
Echo 6. Remove Smart Array P400I Controller
Echo 7. Remove HP Virtual Bus Device
Echo 8. Remove HP ILO2 registry reference
Pause
