Scripted Array Configuration on DL380 G3 with Smart Array 642 controller under WINPE 2.0
Under the WINPE 2.0, I can capture the existing array config using the ACU (cpqacuxe.exe) and see all config info as expected. However, the Controller = Slot Unknown.
I am using SSTK v. 1.8 with all included drivers loaded into my PE. I have used this succeesfully on DL380 G5 and DL580 G4 servers with Smart Array P400 controller. Not sure what gives here.
I have seen some say its b/c SysMgmt is not running. I can confirm that SysMgmt is running under my environ and sstkio.sys is present in the PE's system32\drivers folder.
Any ideas are much appreciated.
thanks in advance
