Scripted offline hp sum firmware updates
Hello,
I'm trying to set up an automated firmware deployment. The goal is to deploy firmware from a network share to easily add hotfixes etc. and to have logs and inventories for the single servers. I managed to build a linux boot cd from the linux scripting toolkit 9.40 and I could mount a copy of the swpackages directory from the recent spp via cifs. When I start hpsum with /s or /report I get the errormessages "Fontconfig error: Cannot load default config file" and "No components found in the selected repository(ies): /mnt/main/swpackages". All files are there (esp. CPXXXXXX.scexe's), I have full permission on the directory, all files have rwx permission for root.
A file LinuxDigest.xml is created though which apparently has all components listed all right.
Any idea?
