Scsi Port Error

I usually found this error in the event log:

Event ID: 11
Source: cpq32fs2

Description: The driver detected a controller error on \Device\ScsiPort6

My machine has array 3200 and also an external tape drive. I believe it's not a fault since all daily operations done well. But I want to know the explanation of this error and any tune-up action can be done to solve this problem. Thx!

This is an informational error as you have noted. It may be eliminated by updating the SCSI driver with the latest NTSSD from compaq. Thisa error may also occur with certain tape drives OEM'd from Hewlitt-Packard. Again this is informational and does not affect system operation
